We will be hosting one clinic a quarter at the Hidden Springs Mission Church, 9 miles south of Gap Chapter. Each clinic will offer spay/neuter services, vaccine/preventative care, and sick/injured patient appointments. If located in the Western Agency of Navajo Nation, and need assistance with trapping/transporting your pet to a clinic for services, please email clinics@serengetifoundation.com.

***Appointments can be made for spay/neuter by clicking the Schedule button located below each clinic date listed. Appointment slots open one month prior to each clinic date.***

***The vaccine clinic will be held during all clinic days listed between 10:00am-2:00pm MDT. NO appointment necessary.***

PO Boxes are allowed (even if it says they are not)- you will just need to click the “Custom Address” button to do so.

You will need to fill out an entire form for each of the pets you wish to schedule for surgery. We will not be accepting one registration with notes for additional pets.

Puppies and kittens must be at least 2 months old and at least 2lbs to be eligible for surgery.

You will be sent a confirmation email upon registering your pet for surgery, please make sure to read any attached forms, and sign any additional paperwork if it asks you to do so.
